We have a 60-day Satisfaction Guarantee return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, clean and unused (unused, meaning no damage, staining, odors, visible wear, or faded from improper washing outside the recommended care instructions).  Products must be in  its original packaging for a full refund. We value your business and satisfaction, we may offer a credit if you are outside of our return guidelines, however we reserve the right to determined the credit based on the situation and/or customer loyalty.  We mutually trust that you will not take advantage or our products and service we provide to you as well.

You have 60 days to try on the Sleepwear for proper fitting and satisfaction and return for a full refund or exchange for a different size or a different style, paying the difference if the exchange is for a product of greater value.  You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase if you did not register an account with us or login during purchase, therefore placing your purchase on file with us.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@finessepop.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds on sale items or gift cards, however we will give you a credit equal to the purchase price and tax to be use to purchase a new item in our store, excluding shipping fees

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
